Order Cancellations
Any order that hasn't been processed yet can be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us by phone and email as soon as you can at (626) 888-9332 / sales@partygriller.com — doing both helps us catch it before it ships and prevents unwanted charges. Once an order is boxed for shipment or has left our facility, we can no longer cancel it. We'll email you a confirmation once your cancellation is processed. After hours? Leave a voicemail and we'll call or email you back to confirm.
Orders refused at delivery without letting us know in advance are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All cancellations need a confirmation email from us stating the order was cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we'll replace the affected items or refund them once they're sent back. We'll ask for photo proof of the damage and/or for the damaged items to be returned — this lets us file the claim with UPS or the manufacturer. We reserve the right to refund rather than replace (especially where shipping discounts or promo codes were applied). Items shipped outside the U.S. are refunded rather than replaced.
Typographical Errors
Typos are rare, but we can't be held responsible for them. If a price looks wrong, let us know and we'll investigate and fix it.
