At Party Griller, we love to grill. We love delicious food too and often scouts all over the Los Angeles area for those hidden local delicacies. When it comes to grilling, apart from the usual Steak, Lamb rack and lobster; Japanese Yakitori, Malaysian / Thai Satay, Kebabs and Chinese Lamb skewers tops our list. However, grilling on the skewers are often limited to specialty restaurants as home cooks and weekend chefs lack the right equipment to properly grill skewers using their regular BBQ Grills.
Traditional BBQ Grills are not built to handle Yakitori and Satay style skewers grilling. Frustrated with burnt fingers? Found that only the top portion of the skewers was cooked and the bottom portion was still raw? Soaking bamboo skewers in water for half hour before grilling and they burn anyway? We have all been there and we clearly need a grill like those in the restaurant to make better skewers.
In 2015, we scouted the world to find an affordable solution to skewers grilling for the regular home chefs. There weren’t many on the market, fortunately, we were able to partner up with a manufacturer to custom made those long rectangular shaped stainless steel charcoal grill. Shortly after, Party Griller was born with the mission to help home cooks and weekend chefs make restaurant quality yakitori, satay and anything on the skewers.
With our specialty charcoal grill, wooden skewers can finally sit outside of the heated area, while meat stays in that heat concentrated long strip.The height of our grill from charcoal to the meat is designed to cook skewers just like professionals in the restaurant - perfectly charred meat on the outside and moist in the inside, infusing that deep charcoal flavor into the meat. The result is that succulent, juicy and finger-licking good barbecue.
