Party Griller offers easy returns and no restocking fees for returns made within 14 days on all orders placed through the www.partygriller.com website. We are committed to providing quality products at affordable prices. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be happy with your order. So in the rare instance that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to take it back.
We accept returns of any items ordered on our website with the following exceptions:
Perishable/food and engraved/personalized items cannot be returned.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in new and unused condition. Merchandise not returned in its original packaging will not be accepted and credit will NOT be issued (even if an RMA number was granted).
You must return the full quantity of an item purchased (no partial returns). For example, if you order 100 of a particular favor design, you must return all 100; you cannot return 20 because you ordered too many.
Close-out items are considered final sale and are therefore not returnable or refundable
No returns allowed on samples, wedding bubbles, personal hygiene products like manicure kits, Jordan almonds or other edible merchandise, and any cameras/films products.
ALL returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please call our customer service department within 14 days of receipt at (626) 888-9332 or fill out the online return forms to obtain a RMA number and further instructions on how to complete your return. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns made without an RMA number cannot be credited so please contact us first. We want to make the process as easy as possible.
All Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns made without an RMA number will not be valid or accepted and no credit will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For returnable merchandise, you must call within 14 days of receipt to get an RMA number.
Returns must be received by way of United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed-Ex to the return address provided with the RMA number and the RMA number must be clearly posted on the outside of the box.
Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return items.
Customer should buy insurance to cover the full cost of items that they are returning. Wedding Favors Unlimited will NOT issue credit in the event that damage occurs to merchandise resulting from a return. Such damage means that the customer must file a claim with their carrier to obtain a refund from them.
Returns that are received in excess of 21 days from the original UPS delivery date shall be subjected to a 25% restocking fee (even with a RMA number).
Refund amounts for returned items will be credited back to the card that you used to originally purchase the merchandise. Refunds are subject to inspection of merchandise upon receipt. Therefore, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on your credit/debit card after we receive the merchandise.
PLEASE NOTE: Refund will be for merchandise purchase amount only. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited.
FREE SHIPPING NOTE: If free freight was given at the time of purchase, the original freight cost (had the free shipping coupon not have been applied) will be deducted from the refund amount. Similarly, if a coupon was used for a purchase made over a certain dollar threshold (e.g., $20 off orders over $199) and part of the order is returned so that the adjusted total is below the coupon dollar threshold, the coupon discount will also be deducted from the refund.
