Hassle-Free Returns

We build gear for people who love to cook over fire, and we want you stoked about every order. If something isn't right, returns are easy — 14 days, no restocking fee, on anything bought at partygriller.com. In the rare case you're not happy with your purchase, we're glad to take it back.

What can be returned?

Just about everything we sell, with a few common-sense exceptions:

• Items must come back in their original packaging, new and unused. Gear that isn't in its original packaging can't be accepted and won't be credited (even with an RMA number).
• Clearance / close-out items are final sale — not returnable or refundable.
• Charcoal, fuel, and other consumables can't be returned once opened.

How do I start a return?

Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. Call us at (626) 888-9332 within 14 days of delivery, or fill out the online return form, and we'll issue your RMA plus simple instructions. Heads-up: returns sent without an RMA number can't be credited, so reach out before you ship anything back.

The return process

• Get your RMA number within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship the item back via UPS or FedEx to the return address we provide, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
• You cover return shipping, and we recommend insuring the package for its full value — if it's damaged on the way back, you'll need to claim that with the carrier.
• Returns received more than 21 days after delivery may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, even with an RMA number.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, after we receive and inspect the returned gear — usually within 14 days of it arriving. Refunds cover the merchandise only; original shipping and handling aren't refunded. And if your order shipped free or used a coupon tied to a spending threshold, the original freight or discount value may be deducted if a partial return drops you below that threshold.
